李伟平，男，汉族，江苏人，中共党员，1965 年 8 月出生。中国书法家协会会员，中国楹联学会会员，青海省书法家协会会员，格尔木市书法家协会副主席。孔子美术馆客座教授，国礼艺术家。2018年全国第一届书法美术大赛获特等奖。作品被国家博物馆收藏，入百家权威媒体《中国书法艺术》 ，中国新闻报道、搜狐新闻、一点资讯、今日头条《新时代·新经典》以及凤凰网大风号都有作品展示收录。
