梁荣新，1959 年出生于广州，祖籍广东梅州西阳，承学于黎雄才教授，张彦教授，修读于广州美术学院国画系山水画专业。国家一级美术师、民盟成员、中国收藏家协会会员、中国国画创作研究院研究员、广州市花都画院长院长、岭南山水画研究院院长、河北邯郸学院客座教授、“黎家山水”非遗传承人、中国红色文化研究会会员。

　　Liang Rongxin was born in Guangzhou in 1959, with ancestral roots in Xiyang, Meizhou, Guangdong. He studied under Professor Li Xiongcai and Professor Zhang Yan, and studied landscape painting at the Department of Traditional Chinese Painting at Guangzhou Academy ofFine Arts. National first-class artist, member of the Democratic League of China, member of the China Collectors Association, researcher at the Chinese Academy of Painting Creation and Research, dean of Guangzhou Huadu Painting, dean of Lingnan Landscape Painting Research Institute, visiting professor at Handan University in Hebei, inheritor of the "Lijia Landscape" intangible cultural heritage, and member of the China Red Culture Research Association.
