袁飞，全国著名书画家，生于南昌市，江西寻乌人，进修于中国艺术研究院中国书画创作研修班和北京大学中国传统山水画赏析研修班，国家一级书法师，国家一级美术师，国务院国宾礼特供艺术家，国务外交礼品师，首席外交文艺家。作品在国家展和海外展中获特等奖、特别金奖、一等奖和金奖多次,作品在北京、东京、纽约、新泽西、悉尼、圣保尔、首尔、莫斯科、圣比得堡和幂尼黑等多国城市展出,并获得“莫奈国际艺术奖金奖”、“毕加索国际艺术奖金奖”和佛罗伦萨美术学院“蒂亚诺杯国际艺术奖金奖”等。被授予“国家形象大使”、“联合国和平艺术大使”荣誉称号，作品入编《中国历代书画名家宝典》、《跨世纪中外书画名人辞典》、《中国当代美术家书法家大辞典》和《共和国艺术家辞海》《世界文化名人录》以及四大文明古国《古国艺术·名家列传》等书籍一百多部;2014 年书法作品《中国梦》及中国画作品《高境之图》被北京人民大会堂收藏，还有诸多书画作品被敦煌美术馆、老子美术馆和颜真卿书画院等海内外相关机构和友好人士所收藏。

Yuan Fei, a nationally renowned calligrapher and painter, was born in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province. He studied at the Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Creation Training Class of the China Academy of Arts and the Appreciation Training Class of Traditional Chinese Landscape Painting at Peking University. He is a national first-class calligrapher, a national first-class artist, a special artist for State Guest Gifts of the State Council, a national diplomatic gift teacher, and the chief diplomatic artist. The works have won special awards, special gold awards, first prizes, and gold awards multiple times in national and overseas exhibitions. The works have been exhibited in cities such as Beijing, Tokyo, New York, New Jersey, Sydney, St. Paul's, Seoul, Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Munich, and have won awards such as the Monet International Art Award, Picasso International Art Award, and the Tiano Cup International Art Award at the Florence Academy of Fine Arts.
