薛嘉惠，辽宁省清原县第二高中高级教师，中国美术家协会会员，中国年画艺术网专家委员会委员，CCTV《艺术传承》栏目组客座教授，法兰西皇家美术学院首席艺术家。并被授予中国百位杰出画家，中国当代最有影响力书画家，国家非物质文化艺术传承人，世界书画名人等称号。由全国十余家美术出版社出版年画 120 余幅，出版个人画集 9 册，在《美术》等报刊杂志上发表作品千余件，传略与作品入编《名人辞典》等 60 余部典集，并被央视网、中华网、美国艺术家网、欧洲现代艺术博物馆网等多家媒体推介。多次参加中外美展并获奖，《呼唤》在第十一届全国美展上获年画最高奖一一首届中国美术奖提名作品奖。作品入选京沪高铁、北京地铁和北京机场巡展以及在纽约时代广场大屏幕上展播，30 余件作品入选国际艺术展并获奖。《呼唤》入编小学美术教材，《行摄图》等入编《中国高等美术院校教学范本》。《中国梦》等作品被评为中国长城文化金奖，并镌刻在八达岭新长城文化榜上。有的作品被送到美国、俄罗斯、加拿大、英国、法国、瑞士、西班牙、比利时、澳大利亚、日本、印度、泰国、新加坡、韩国、台湾、香港等地展出，部分作品被有关单位和国内外友人收藏。

More than 120 New Year paintings have been published by more than ten art publishers across the country, with 9 volumes of personal art collections. More than a thousand works have been published in newspapers and magazines such as Art, and biographies and works have been included in more than 60 collections such as the Dictionary of Celebrities. They have also been recommended by multiple media outlets such as CCTV, Zhonghua, American Artists, and European Museum of Modern Art. I haveparticipated in numerous Chinese and foreign artexhibitions and won awards. "Call" won the highest NewYear painting award at the 11th National Art Exhibition- the Nominated Works Award at the First China Art Award.The works were selected for the Beijing Shanghai HighSpeed Railway, Beijing Subway, and Beijing Airport Tour,as well as for display on the large screen of TimesSquare in New York. More than 30 works were selectedfor international art exhibitions and won awards."Calling" is included in the primary school arttextbook, and "Walking Photography" and other works areincluded in the "Teaching Model of Chinese Higher ArtColleges". Works such as "The Chinese Dream" have beenawarded the Gold Award for the Culture of the Great Wallof China and engraved on the cultural list of the NewGreat Wall in Badaling. Some works have been sent tothe United States, Russia, Canada, the United Kingdom,France, Switzerland, Spain, Belgium, Australia, Japan,India, Thailand, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, HongKong and other places for exhibition, and some workshave been collected by relevant units and friends athome and abroad.
